The award was presented during the church\u2019s Community Guest Day on May 23. It honors our work to fight food insecurity and help low-income individuals and families in Anne Arundel County get the health care they need. Living Word created this award to recognize organizations that make a real difference in people\u2019s lives through compassion and community service \u2014 and we are deeply grateful to be the first recipients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We were chosen for two programs we are especially proud of: the Cupboards Project&nbsp;free neighborhood mini-pantries&nbsp;and our work connecting Medicaid members with health care services at no or low cost.
