She didn\u2019t have the items she needed for her baby, such as diapers, wipes and clothes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her Care Manager listened calmly and quickly got to work. She called local groups and pregnancy centers to find help. Very soon after, the mother received a package from Lily\u2019s Hope Foundation. It was filled with diapers, wipes and baby clothes, plus gifts for the baby\u2019s siblings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her Care Manager also signed her up for parenting classes. With additional help from The Pregnancy Center, this caregiver was ready to provide <strong>all<\/strong> the care her baby needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Priority Partners works with ProgenyHealth, a leading provider of comprehensive, evidence-based maternity and NICU care management services.
