On Sept. 26, the fully stocked mini-pantry was opened to all at the Rebirth Community Resource &amp; Support Center on Division Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priority Partners was joined at the free event by many local vendors and guests, who enjoyed the live music, refreshments and health resources. The new mini-pantry is the first in Wicomico County and stands as yet another victory in our effort to make sure everyone has access to healthy food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Started in 2021, the Cupboards Project has now placed five mini-pantries in Maryland neighborhoods and launched three \u201cClub On The Go\u201d mobile pantries. Working under the motto \u201cTake What You Need, Leave What You Can,\u201d the custom-built mini-pantries provide free healthy food and nutrition resources to remote or underserved neighborhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priority Partners CEO Ed Kumian led the event along with Rebirth CEO Habacuc Petion. Vendors in attendance with Priority Partners included Chesapeake Health, H.O.P.E., City of Salisbury Housing and Community Development Department and Rebirth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Cupboards Project is supported by the generous donations of our community partners. We welcome your in kind and food donations in support of this important project.
