With your enrollment package on hand, log in to your Maryland Health Connection account to finish your enrollment. When prompted, choose Priority Partners as your managed care organization (MCO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When do I call Priority Partners Customer Service?<\/h3><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

Call Priority Partners any time you have a question or need help with your health care. To add a newborn or verify eligibility, you must call. Members can also use HealthLINK@Hopkins<\/a> to get a member ID card, request a change to their primary care doctor (PCP), or update their address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

The Maryland Department of Health strives to process applications within days of receiving them. Once your application is approved, you have 28 days to select one of the HealthChoice MCOs to provide your health benefits. Services become available 10 days after you choose an MCO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t
